Baja Fish & Steakhouse
The taste of Baja gastronomy comes to Axiote from the hand of Chef Carlos Valdéz, who has lived in Baja California since 1997 and who has developed a passion for representative cuisine from that area of the country.
The Sonoran chef will offer an exquisite a la carte menu, beers and wines selected by the person who commands the kitchen of Tatanka Baja Fish & Steakhouse and who will turn Axiote into an extension of the restaurant located in front of the Sea of Cortez.
