Buzo’s project began in 2001 on La Noria street. The humility and good service from the owners was valued and admired by their clients.

At that time, the residents of the colony, mostly local fishermen and divers, were allowed to bring their own fish, always seeking to find the unique seasoning that, since then, characterizes our restaurants.
